Who we are

I founded Blueway Advisory to help organizations strengthen their financial and operational foundations while supporting sustainable growth.

My background spans public accounting, industry finance leadership, and hands-on consulting. I began my career in audit at Deloitte, supporting U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting engagements.  I later moved into industry roles where I gained first-hand experience building and operating finance functions with both public and private corporations. More recently I have worked as a consultant supporting early-stage and growing companies with financial operations, accounting infrastructure, and investor- and audit-readiness.

I currently serve as a Board Member and Treasurer for a nonprofit educational foundation in my community, where I oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning. This role is a meaningful way to give back locally, build relationships within the community, and support an organization whose mission directly benefits students and families.

Across all of my work, my approach is practical, collaborative, and execution-focused. I partner closely with clients to not only identify what needs to change, but to implement systems and processes that actually work in day-to-day operations. Blueway Advisory exists to help businesses move from complexity to clarity through structure, discipline, and thoughtful execution.
